Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy:     •    Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether the rescheduling is initiated by the client or the artist.      •    Rescheduling:     •    A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.     •    Each appointment allows for a maximum of two (1) reschedules, which will be documented in your account.     •    If you exceed the allowed number of reschedules, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.     •    No-Call, No-Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment(s) without notifying us, your deposit(s) will be automatically forfeited. Tattoo Split Session Policy: •    If a tattoo cannot be completed in one session and requires another appointment, an additional $500 fee will be required to book the second session.     •    This fee covers the additional setup, time, and resources needed to complete your tattoo.     •    In rare cases, this fee may be waived at the artist’s discretion, but this is not a guaranteed exception.     •    Clients who knowingly book a session with the intent of splitting their tattoo into multiple appointments should plan accordingly for the additional fee.
